It started with two dogs called Missy and Trigger.

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have them both — brother and sister, always together, always up for an adventure. They were the kind of dogs that made every walk feel like an event. Muddy trails, rainy fields, early morning park runs — they were always there, leads in hand (quite literally), tails going at full speed.

Trigger passed away three years ago at twelve. He had a good life — a brilliant life, actually. And Missy, now fifteen and still going strong, lives with my mum. She's slower these days, but she's still very much Missy.

I'm Shaun, and I started Leash Life because dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Even now, not having one of my own, that love hasn't gone anywhere. If anything, it's grown — because I know exactly what it means to have a dog by your side, and I know how much the right gear matters when you're out there making memories with them.

Why Leash Life?

Because I got frustrated. Frustrated with products that looked great online but fell apart after three walks. Frustrated with leads that tangled, harnesses that chafed, and gear that clearly wasn't built by anyone who'd actually spent time outdoors with a dog.

So I built the store I wished had existed when I was out there with Missy and Trigger. Every product we carry is chosen because it's practical, durable, and genuinely designed for dogs who actually live their lives — not just sit nicely for photos.
